When you apply for an MK approval, we decide whether the construction product can be approved on the basis of the information available about the product, such as reports from foreign testing institutions. We may also choose to have the product tested at a testing institute acknowledged by us. The test results will be taken into consideration as part of the overall assessment of how well suited the product is to obtain an MK approval.

Prices are adjusted in relation to the net price index for 2015 and rounded off to the nearest DKK 50.
A renewal for three years is regarded as an approval for three years.
The renewal price implies that new approvals are issued in case of changes, for instance if an approval is extended, transferred or discontinued.
If you have changed your construction product in relation to an existing MK approval, you will have to pay the renewal price, however not more than DKK 3,000. It is a precondition that the changes are not essential to the contents and extent of the construction product. The new approval is issued to you with the same expiry date as that of the original approval.
